A. General Provisions

1. This Privacy Policy is an agreement between the user ("User") and the Financial Services Authority as the Operator of the E-PPID OJK Electronic System. 2. This Privacy Policy is part of the Terms and Conditions of Use. By using E-PPID OJK, the User is deemed to agree to be bound by the provisions of this Privacy Policy. 3. If the User does not agree with any, some, or all of the content contained in this Privacy Policy, the User is allowed to delete it from the electronic device and/or not access E-PPID OJK and/or not use E-PPID OJK.

B. Acquisition and Collection of Data

E-PPID OJK collects log data, including records on servers that receive data such as device IP address, access date and time for the purpose of managing and facilitating the use of the Application, as well as other purposes permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

C. Cookies

1. Cookies are small files that will automatically be placed on the User's device and function to store preferences or configurations while visiting a website. 2. These cookies are not intended to be used when accessing other data that the User owns on their computer device, other than what the User has agreed to disclose.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS ENTIRE PRIVACY POLICY AND ITS CONSEQUENCES, AND BY THIS, I ACCEPT ALL RIGHTS, OBLIGATIONS, AND PROVISIONS STATED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY. THIS STATEMENT IS CONSIDERED AS THE APPROVAL OF THE OWNER OF PERSONAL DATA.
